Will is an award-winning English creative leader who has worked with brands including the BBC, The North Face, and Make-A-Wish. After beginning his career with the BBC in Scotland, he founded Bundu Media and built a reputation for delivering impactful visual storytelling. Now based in Bend, Oregon, he leads the creative vision at three pines collective, crafting bold, authentic work that connects brands with their audiences.

Kris Abildgaard

Co-founder & ceo

Born in Copenhagen, Kris blends a European design sensibility with two decades of experience on both U.S. coasts. With a background in commercial photography, he specializes in branding and visual storytelling that helps startups grow and stand out. Known for his minimalist style and sharp attention to detail, he builds strong visual identities while fostering creative team environments. Outside of work, he explores Bend with his Australian Shepherd, Teddy, often hiking or shooting film.

Kaeden Wodke

Kaeden is the strategic mind behind three pines collective, combining experience in QA leadership, consumer behavior, and telecom UGC campaigns to drive measurable results. He champions a people-first culture rooted in positivity and strong team values, with a vision of building a creative hub in the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, he enjoys time at home with his fiancée and two Bernedoodles, usually with a cider in hand.

Savannah is a Bend-based content creator and photographer known for her warm, intentional style. With a background in multimedia journalism, she creates lifestyle storytelling that highlights brands and people with authenticity. Sean is a Brand Designer who creates thoughtful brand identities, including logos and websites, that help businesses clearly express who they are. With over five years of experience in graphic and web design and a background in agency work, he brings both creativity and strategy to every project. Having lived in Bend for over 20 years, Sean values building genuine relationships with clients and is committed to supporting their long term success.

Owen Adams

Owen began his filmmaking journey capturing skate culture as a teenager, eventually collaborating with some of the skate world’s most prominent figures. After refining his craft in Los Angeles under seasoned Hollywood crews, he returned to Bend to focus on documentary and narrative-driven work. Today, he helps local businesses and real stories stand out with honesty and intention.
