True Wealth is a wealth management firm built around breaking down the barriers that usually come with financial planning. They're personable and down to earth, and they wanted a brand film that reflected that instead of the polished, distant tone most of the industry defaults to. Their philosophy is simple: financial freedom means being able to live the life you want without carrying the weight of your investments. It's a philosophy the team applies to themselves too, they spend their own time outdoors around Central Oregon, living the life they want their clients to experience.
Financial management is a field most people experience as stressful and impersonal. True Wealth wanted a film that pushed against that, one built on real interviews rather than polished talking points, showing the team as they actually are: relaxed, direct, and genuinely invested in the people they work with.
We shot this over two days. The first was interviews, two members of the True Wealth team and one of their clients, filmed conversationally rather than scripted, letting the tone stay casual and honest. The second was a lifestyle shoot around Bend: the team out on the trails on mountain bikes, at a local brewery, at a coffee shop, the same version of Central Oregon life they talk to their clients about living. Cutting between the interviews and that footage let the film make its point without having to say it outright: this is a team that practices what it plans for.
