NeighborImpact approached this project during a critical moment. After facing substantial government funding cuts, they needed a powerful way to communicate the urgency of their work and the scale of the impact they have across Central Oregon. They were not looking for a single promotional video. They needed a collection of storytelling tools that could help people understand what was at stake, and why community support matters now more than ever.

We developed a brand film docu series designed to capture the full scope of their services through a human lens. Instead of speaking in generalities, we focused on real stories and real moments that illustrate how NeighborImpact shows up for people in tangible ways. From food pantry assistance to housing and utility support, the series highlights the breadth of what they provide and the emotional weight behind each service. The goal was to create something honest and moving, without exaggeration, allowing the reality of their work to speak for itself.

The tone of the project was intentionally grounded. We wanted viewers to feel both the hardship and the hope that exists within NeighborImpact’s mission. Through documentary style visuals, interviews, and community centered storytelling, we built a series that is heartfelt and impactful while remaining authentic to the organization’s voice. Every piece was created with versatility in mind, allowing NeighborImpact to use the videos across fundraising efforts, social media, events, and outreach campaigns.

The final deliverables resulted in everliving media assets that capture the full spectrum of NeighborImpact’s services and values. These videos now serve as lasting storytelling tools that help the public understand the magnitude of aid being delivered throughout Central Oregon. More importantly, they provide NeighborImpact with an emotionally resonant way to connect with donors and supporters, reinforcing the truth that when funding disappears, communities have the power to step in and make a difference.
