Hearing Aids by Tricia Leagjeld is a family-run hearing care practice serving Bend and Redmond, rooted in a Leagjeld family tradition of hearing care that goes back to 1955. Tricia and her team built their reputation on patience rather than sales pressure: unhurried appointments, plain-language explanations, and care that continues well past the first fitting. For a field that can feel transactional, their approach is personal by design.
We built the film around real conversations rather than a scripted overview, staff and client interviews recorded at their Bend location, followed by a second half day at their original Redmond office, the practice's roots and its present captured in the same film. We kept the shoot to a single day, working around live patient appointments so filming never got in the way of the care people came in for. The result is a film that feels less like an advertisement and more like a conversation with someone who's been doing this, and doing it well, for three generations.
