Finding Our Rhythm: The First Months at Three Pines Collective

Finding Our Rhythm: The First Months at Three Pines Collective

When we carried the last box into our new office on June 16th, it felt like more than a move. It felt like a milestone. For months, three pines collective had been growing—taking on new clients, dreaming bigger dreams, and sketching out the kind of agency we wanted to be. The office was the physical next step. A place where ideas could be shared across desks instead of screens, where creativity could be felt in the walls, and where our community could walk in and experience what three pines is all about.

What’s happened since that day has been nothing short of energizing.

Building the Team

Growth isn’t just measured in square footage—it’s measured in people. Over the summer, we’ve welcomed incredible new talent to our team:

  • Savannah, our Content Creator, who brings an eye for storytelling and the ability to craft narratives that feel both strategic and deeply human.

  • Bruno, our Video Content Creator, who has already brought our clients’ stories to life through cinematic visuals and fresh perspectives.

  • Our Brand Community Lead, dedicated to connecting three pines collective with the wider community through outreach, partnerships, and purposeful growth.

  • Our Digital Ads Manager, who ensures that creative ideas don’t just exist in theory but translate into measurable results for the businesses we partner with.

Each person has brought their own spark, and together, they’re shaping three pines into something greater than the sum of its parts.

Opening Our Doors: July 17th

One of the best moments of this summer came just a month after moving in: our office opening event on July 17th. We weren’t sure what to expect—would people come, would the space feel alive, would the work we had put in show through?

It did—and more.

Clients, friends, collaborators, and community members came through the doors, filling the space with laughter, conversation, and energy. We gave tours, shared drinks, and talked late into the evening about the projects we’re working on and the dreams we’re chasing. It wasn’t just an opening—it was a celebration of everything this community has poured into us, and a reminder that three pines isn’t just a company; it’s a collective in the truest sense.

On the Lawn: Collaboration in Action

Our new space didn’t just give us an address; it gave us neighbors. And sometimes, the best collaborations start next door.

Together with our friends at RADCAT, we launched On The Lawn—a community event series designed to bring Bend together around creativity, connection, and culture. The concept was simple: gather people outside, put ideas into motion, and create a space where design, storytelling, and community intersect.

Our first event was more than we hoped for. The turnout was incredible, the energy was electric, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Watching people connect on the grass outside our offices, trading ideas and building relationships, we knew this was something special. We can’t wait for the next one—and the one after that.

Gratitude at the Core

Looking back at these first months in our new home, one word stands out: gratitude.

We’re grateful to our clients, who trust us with their brands and let us tell their stories in ways that feel authentic and impactful.
We’re grateful to our friends and families, who cheer us on, support us, and understand that building something new requires long days and big dreams.
We’re grateful to the Bend community, who has welcomed us, shown up for us, and inspired us to keep raising the bar.

The first months in this office have been about more than desks and walls. They’ve been about building momentum, growing as a team, and laying the foundation for the kind of agency—and the kind of community—we want to be part of for years to come.

Looking Forward

The truth is, we’re just getting started.

Over the next few months, we’ll be diving into big new projects with clients who challenge us to think bigger and create bolder. We’re excited to continue shaping campaigns, films, and strategies that not only elevate brands but also make an impact in our community.

We’re also pouring energy into On The Lawn as a passion project—an experiment in building something bigger than business, rooted in collaboration, creativity, and culture. Our vision is to see it grow into a Bend tradition, one that continues to connect people and spark ideas.

Most of all, we’re committed to continuing to serve—our clients, our community, and the people who believe in what we’re building. Every project, every event, every collaboration is a chance to give back, create value, and build something meaningful together.

Here’s to the next chapter—and to all of you for being such a vital part of it.
