Infocus Eye Care is a people focused optical office specializing in LASIK, cataract surgery, and other vision centered procedures. While many medical practices lean into a clinical and reserved presence, Infocus stands out for its warmth, transparency, and genuine connection with patients.

To break into the Bend social media conversation and establish Infocus as the leading local name in vision care through engaging and personality driven content.

When Infocus decided to step into social media, they did not want to replicate the typical tone of medical marketing. Instead of sterile graphics and overly formal messaging, they wanted to showcase the real people behind the practice. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, but they are also down to earth, witty, and comfortable in their own skin. Social media became the perfect space to highlight that balance.

Our approach centered around humanizing the medical world. We created content that combined educational insights with humor and relatability, allowing viewers to learn something valuable while also enjoying the personalities on screen. By addressing common questions about vision procedures and pairing them with lighthearted moments, the content helped remove some of the intimidation that often surrounds eye care.

Consistency was key. Through regular posting and trend aware video formats, we positioned Infocus as an active and relevant voice within the Bend online community. The goal was not only to inform potential patients, but to make the practice recognizable and memorable. Each video reinforced both their authority in the field and their approachable nature.

The results were immediate and impressive. As a brand new presence on social media, Infocus generated over 700,000 views, along with strong engagement through comments and shares. The response demonstrated a clear fascination with this rarely seen side of the medical world. By blending expertise with personality, Infocus successfully carved out a space in the local digital conversation and strengthened their position as a trusted leader in vision care.
