Out Central Oregon

Out Central Oregon is a progressive, LGBTQ centered organization dedicated to promoting acceptance, accessibility, and belonging throughout the Central Oregon community. Their work creates space for connection, celebration, and support, ensuring that LGBTQ individuals and allies feel seen and welcomed in the region.

Project Goal

To create a targeted digital advertising campaign for Winter Pride Fest 2026 that speaks directly to multiple metro areas and encourages increased attendance from across the Pacific Northwest.

Out Central Oregon came to us with a clear challenge. Winter Pride Fest is a beloved local event, but the opportunity for growth lies in reaching people beyond Central Oregon who may not realize this kind of celebration exists in the region. They wanted a digital campaign that did more than simply announce dates and events. It needed to feel personal, inclusive, and culturally aware, while motivating people in surrounding metro areas to make the trip and be part of the experience.

We approached the campaign with an emphasis on localization and audience specific messaging. Rather than creating one generalized set of ads, we developed creative that could be tailored to each target market, allowing the messaging to feel relevant and intentional for different communities. This strategy ensured that people in each metro area felt directly invited, rather than being treated as part of a broad and impersonal outreach effort.

The creative direction focused on celebrating what makes Winter Pride Fest unique. The warmth of the Central Oregon community, the energy of multiple events happening throughout town, and the feeling of gathering in a place that is both welcoming and unexpected. The campaign was designed to communicate that this festival is not only for the LGBTQ community, but for anyone who believes in showing up, supporting others, and celebrating together.

By combining thoughtful audience targeting with strong visuals and clear calls to action, the campaign gave Out Central Oregon the ability to promote the festival in a strategic and scalable way. Each asset was built for versatility across platforms, allowing the organization to reach new audiences efficiently while maintaining a consistent and recognizable message.

The result is a digital advertising toolkit designed to help Winter Pride Fest 2026 expand its reach, strengthen regional awareness, and grow attendance across multiple metro areas. The campaign supports Out Central Oregon’s mission by amplifying a message of acceptance and belonging, while inviting more people to experience what pride looks like in the heart of Central Oregon.
