Somewhere That's Green

Cinematic Brand Film

three pines collective created a cinematic brand film for Somewhere That’s Green—a visually rich, emotionally grounded story designed to live on the company’s website as a lasting portrait of the brand’s identity. More than just a shop, Somewhere That’s Green is a gathering space, a creative outlet, and a sanctuary—and this film set out to capture all of that in a single, immersive experience.
Shot entirely on location in Bend, the film features heartfelt interviews with co-owners John and Matt, along with voices from the staff and a member of The Greenhouse Cabaret, the in-house performance collective. Their stories are woven together with cinematic footage of the space—lush greenery, quiet moments between customers and plants, and behind-the-scenes glimpses that bring the shop’s atmosphere to life.
We wanted the film to feel as calming and intentional as the space itself, while also revealing the creativity and community that power it behind the scenes. In addition to the full-length piece, we created a series of short excerpts tailored for social media—each crafted to share a meaningful snippet of the story while driving viewers to experience the full film. The client’s response said it all: “It’s amazing! Really beautiful work guys… love this so much. You’ve captured an amazing piece of our story and our brand.”
